A multimedia spectacle in which the paintings of van Gogh and his visions come to life.
The wild life and work of the genius Vincent van Gogh is seen. Scenes of madness and intoxication, images that come to life and a life that sinks into images. An artist torn between self-hatred and genius, between ego and society, between addiction and desire.
Vincent wrestles with his rival Gauguin and with himself, falls in love with the strumpet Sien and despairs of her, comes to the asylum, struggles with his demons and is defeated in the end.
