The Isoletta family first brought the Pinsa to Germany. The Pinsa Romana is often referred to as the historical predecessor of the pizza. It is a reinterpretation of an ancient recipe invented during the Roman Empire. In addition to its crispy yet fluffy taste, the treat is low in gluten and contains fewer calories than classic pizza - healthier and more digestible!
