The Impression Tour is the ideal tour for anyone who would like to take a brief, curious look behind the scenes at Henkell Freixenet, one of the most important sparkling wine cellars in the world. The tour starts in the impressive marble hall of the Wiesbaden headquarters. A welcome glass of sparkling wine is served before the tour continues to the sparkling wine production area, where the basics of sparkling wine production are explained. Here, for example, the tour participants learn what makes a cuvée and what is behind the term "dosage". The next stop on the Impression tour leads through the seven-story-deep wine cellar of the Henkell Freixenet sparkling wine winery to the modern sparkling wine factory, where an insight into the craft of traditional bottle fermentation is provided. The Impression tour ends at the Henkell Freixenet Shop, where you can shop as you please (Sundays excluded).
