The salty air in the SaltHealingGrotto has a very strong expectorant and anti-inflammatory effect. The antiseptic effect of the salt aerosol is also suitable for the prevention of infections and allergic reactions to the respiratory tract. The SaltHealingGrotto with its cozy ambience offers the perfect atmosphere to relax while the salt aerosols penetrate deep into the respiratory tract and cleanse it from the inside. Salt inhalation is especially helpful for people with respiratory problems, allergies, weakened immune system or skin diseases. The effect can be felt after the first sessions and characteristic changes can be noticed after the eighth visit at the latest. Either sitting comfortably or lying pleasantly can then be relaxed for 45 minutes to the sounds of wellness music.
Sessions always on the hour. Please arrive 15 min before the start. Bring white socks. At high occupancy CITY CARD customers can take delivery couches.
