Since its foundation in 1868, the Palmengarten has been a popular destination in the heart of Frankfurt. Exotic palms and cacti in the greenhouses brought botanical diversity to the Main metropolis even back then and still delight visitors today. In addition to the flora in the extensive grounds, the lake with its rowing boats is also enchanting.
