Aromakünstler – Fudge for People

Fudge is a delicious soft caramel with English-American roots. It goes perfectly with espresso and coffee - or just like that. Thomas Niedermayer, Hesse with Bavarian roots and gourmet discovered fudge during a visit to a small manufactory in England - so matured the idea for the project Aromakünstler - Fudge for People.
The aroma artist makes his fudge traditionally in the copper pot and uses only the finest ingredients and spices. Additives and artificial flavors, gluten and palm oil are avoided. The raw materials come from sustainable cultivation and fair trade, from small manufactories and from regional producers. Everything for the ultimate taste explosion: experimental, cleverly combined - and with high quality standards.
