Wine and cheese form a popular as well as problematic duet, because all too often one of the two protagonists displaces the other, the desired harmony may not arise. There Martin Stachel, owner of the Frankfurt wine club and thus proven specialist in this area, helps nevertheless gladly further and marries in its course not only cheese and wine, but explains naturally in detail, on which with this sensitive connection to be respected has, like the different cheese and wine kinds develop and like here the dramaturgy of a perfect evening should look. An evening full of culinary surprises!
The cheeses Appenzeller, Brie de Meaux, Camembert de Normandie, Crottin de Chavignol, Epoisses, Munster, Livarot and Gorgonzola will be tasted and served with bread - the selection of wines, however, remains secret until the beginning of the course (mainly white wines will be tasted)!
